These beta terms outline the basic rules for using Wand AI while the product is under development.
Beta access
Wand AI is currently in private beta. Access may be limited, changed, suspended, or discontinued while the product is under active development.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Wand, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or use agents and workflows for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive activity.
Your content
You retain ownership of content, prompts, files, context, and outputs you add to Wand. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use that content.
No warranties
The beta is provided as-is. AI outputs can be incomplete or inaccurate, and you should review important actions before relying on them.
